Wilderness First Aid [WFA] 16 hours—

Course Cost: $650.00

Includes WFA certification, all course materials and island accommodations. You will be responsible for your own meals and boat tickets to and from the island . You will stay on the island for the entire course.[Does NOT include CPR; this can be added for an additional $60.00].

Location: Santa Cruz Island Field Station

Basic wilderness medicine course in a gorgeous location! Useful for individuals who want more medical knowledge for personal travel or for organizations who are working in the backcountry but still have reasonable access to medical care (via helicopter, SAR team) or are not venturing too far or too long in the backcountry. Valid for 2 years.
