Overview:

Yosemite has captivated the human spirit; where Ansel Adams found his art could come alive. Where John Muir craved to be, Yosemite is truly a national treasure. The WFR is 70+ hours of training while we explore the beauty of the park. We will stay at the campgrounds within, and use the mountainous terrain, and remote valleys to explore while practicing our skills.

With 750,000 acres of soaring cliffs, lush meadows, and cascading waterfalls, it is easy to see what makes Yosemite so incomparable. There are over 40 different types of amphibians and reptiles, 11 fish species, along with 242 different bird species, and 77 different types of mammals within the park environment. The park also has 880 miles of rivers and streams, and 318 major lakes!
